Thematic Focus

Empowerment is the only theme and Community Development will be the only programme of Share Mercy which comprises to four pillars: Individual Capacity for Next Generation, Organizational Capacity in particular promoting youths and women participation, Institutional Capacity for Social Change and Self-organizational Capacity Development for giving more accountable and quality services. In regards to Sectors, Individual Capacity will correspond to Education, Organizational Capacity to Youths and Gender, Institutional Capacity to Advocacy, and Self-capacity to Quality & Accountability respectively.

Geographical Focus

According to capacity, coverage and donor driven majority of the organizational project resides in Yangon and Ayeyarwaddy Regions whilst Yakhine, Bago, Magwe, Tanintharyi are our secondary outreach. Then, it is expected to expand Chin and Sagaing States.
